Home - ProductProduct Suspended scaffold platform Suspended scaffolds are platforms suspended by ropes, or other non-rigid means, from an overhead structure. Because two-point scaffolds are the most common type of suspended scaffold, we uses the Two-Point module to describe requirements that apply to all suspended scaffolds. Requirements specific to the other types are described only in their respective modules. ZLP series temporarily installed suspended access equipment is ideal equipment for building facade construction, decoration, cleaning and maintenance. And it is also widely used in elevator installing, ship building and repairing, or in other works such as big-size tank, bridge, embankment and chimney. ZLP series versatile knock-down platforms provides workers safer, easier and more efficient platform access. The suspension scaffoldings can be made of STEEL and ALUMINUM both.
Hoist Hoist is the most important part of powered suspended platform. Adopting international advanced cable-guiding system, and with its main parts produced by machining center and numerically controlled machines, our hoist has the characteristics of superior-quality, excellent appearance, low noise and long life. Other than supporting with suspended platforms, the hoist can be also adopted for parallel traction, lifting and hanging in many industries. You can adopt LTD8，LTD6.3，LTD5 or LTD4 series hoist according to your various needs.
Electrical control system Installed with international and national famous brands electrical components, our electrical control system is the product that you can rely on. Moreover, such safety devices as electric leakage protection device, relay protection of power system, automatic limited switch and the alert bell are installed to make operation easier, safer and more reliable. Suspension Mechanism Suspension Mechanism is installed on the top of the building and it is easy for installing. The height and the front beam overhang can be adjusted to adapt different kinds of building facades and roof structures. Front beam overhang is from 1.3m to 1.7m and adjustable height of the beam is between 1.44m and 2.14m. The suspension mechanism can also be designed and made according to special conditions that customers may meet. Notes:

2. Package：The price above includes these main components: hoist, safety lock, electrical control box, standard parts and installation tools, which are packed by plywood and carton box, other accessories are packed by steel strip and are delivered by container. Generally, 20ft container could contain about 8-9 sets platform，and 40ft container could contain about 14 sets（it may have slight difference according to products’ configuration, we will offer detailed packing list and packing diagram based on your purchase.）
3． One-year warranty will be offered: we will provide with some accessories that is broken within one year after the factory inspection date (see factory inspection sheet). Accessories will be sent by common mail or sea freight.
