Scaffolding prop

We have steel props, post shore, shoring props, slab props, floor props, U head props for all range floor formwork and slab formworks, covering nearly all light and heavy construction requirements, surface treatment can be painting, powder coating, electro galvanized, and hot dip galvanized.
Material: Q235, Q345

Usually, we have two normal type scaffolding props, Spanish/Italian type scaffolding props, Germany/Middle East type scaffolding props.
The thickness can be from 1.6mm to 4.0mm, the max. capacity can be 30KN.

We also produce high quality European slab props according to EN1065 standard, durable, hot dip galvanised treated, made from high quality solid steel, safety catch design and cost efficient.

Manufacturing TIPS:
*All the inner tubes are flared to ensure them won’t come out from the outers.

*All the hooks are strictly following the EN1065 standards(Also the standard of Peri’s).

*Hot bend and with notchings to avoid break and also insure the capacity.

*Load Test Certificate by Professional Testing Lab .

*hot dip galvanized.

*The Threaded Sleeve having rolled thread are done on a thread rolling machine .

*Welding of pipes on to sleeve & on to base Plates is done by MIG-WELDING.
